1. Starting
from iOS 18: Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add
Account > Choose from a list >Microsoft Exchange
(IOS 26 Go to Settings > Apps >
Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account > Choose from a list > then skip
to step 3.)
For iOS
14/15/16/17: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
For iOS
12/13: Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account
For iOS 11:
Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Add Account
For iOS 10:
Go to Settings > Mail > Account > Add Account
2. On the
Add Account screen, tap Microsoft Exchange.
3. Enter the
full email address (firstname.lastname@ssidish.com) in the Email field and
Description, then tap Next
4. Click
Sign in and enter the Password. If the server address can’t be determined, you
will be asked to enter it.
5. Server
name: east.exch023.serverdata.net
6. Domain:
if your iPhone is on iOS 12 or higher, leave it blank.
7. Username:
type in the full email address firstname.lastname@ssidish.com
8. The
device offers to immediately sync with the Exchange server. If you choose not
to sync at this time, you can turn on calendar and contact syncing later in
Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Account, tap on your account.
9. To
complete the setup process, tap Save and wait for the iPhone to test your
incoming and outgoing mail settings and connect to your mailbox.

1. Once completed send a new email from the
new account to test@ssidish.com.
2. Once you receive a reply you can delete the
old @ssitechs.com email account by going to accounts and click the old account
and click remove/delete.
IMPORTANT:
The reply will also contain the instructions and links to download the Unite
Communication app that the company will be using going forward.
